This is a blog about my journey into aquaponics and other self-sufficiency ideas. Aquaponics is the merger of aquaculture(farming with fish) and hydroponics(farming plants without soil). Since I live on a very small piece of land in a small suburb, space comes at a premium. I chose aquaponics because you can get 2 crops off the same piece of land. I guess you could say I am a suburban farmer.

We are Moving
Easy aquaponics is moving to http://cityaquaponics.blogspot.com/ we could not get the domain name we wanted so we had to change our blog's name.
